Excellent resistance to inorganic acid corrosion, such as nitric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid mixed acid

Hastelloy C22

General

Hastelloy C22 alloy is an all-round nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy, which has better comprehensive corrosion resistance than other nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys (including Hastelloy C276, C4 and Inconel 625). Hastelloy C22 alloy has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. It has excellent resistance to oxidation in aqueous media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid containing chloride ions, or mixtures of oxidizing acids.

General

Inconel 600 can prevent corrosion and high temperature, and high strength, easy processing. Resistant to chloride ion stress corrosion cracking, sulfide and oxidizing media in high temperature environments. In formic acid, acetic acid, stearic acid and other organic acids, it has good corrosion resistance, and has medium corrosion resistance in inorganic acid.
